I had the exact same issue as you, was able to fix it, this is what I did: 1: In Autocad, click in the console text bit at the bottom and type in plotter, this should autocomplete to plotterwizard or something like that, click it to open the folder of Autocad plotter templates and double click the wizard to add a new plotter. 2: Go through the wizard to add a new Autocad plotter, add it as a 'DesignJet 750C C3195A' (I know we have a 800, but this works), for the port select the one your 800 is on, complete the wizard. 3: Go to print and from the drop down list of printers select the 750C (will only appear in Autocad not Windows) instead of the 800. You can't type commands in TrueView so the instructions were slightly different for us. Since I wrote these steps for my own sake I'll post them here in case it helps anyone out.
