Come see what we have available today! W o r l d s • PREVIEW. This is a revamped version of Avila Valley. I added some more green, deleted almost all the lots and 'sidewalks,' added some more texture to the valley with paint and small rolling hills (great for pastures).

There are 6 flat 64 x 64 lots in the middle of the valley, but more can easily be added if needed. This worked better for me because I only have a couple of barns but have tons of pasture and hated all of the boring flat space in the old version. Not much else was changed though. Hope you guys enjoy! Avila Valley is a beautiful equestrian locale on the central coast of California. With miles of trails to explore, plenty of pasture, an expansive, open meadow, and a private beach, what's not to love? It's the perfect place to establish your own equestrian center!

There is no town, but there is plenty of room to create one if you wish and I left some empty room to add lots for staff houses. There are 29 empty 64x64 lots in the equestrian complex area which should hopefully be enough! This was built on a medium size map and I used a lot of trees and plants. An equine-friendly beach-side community! There are 7 64x64 lots in the equestrian area plus a smaller pasture lot and 3 38x64 lots.

The residential neighborhood has about 15 lots, but does not come with any built houses. Not all lots are included (criminal building, graveyard, junk yard) for aesthetic purposes and three of the lots are EA built (salon, consignment store, & fire station) just because I'm lazy.
