I had major issues crop up with my USB connection to my Android Tablet and to an External harddrive last night. I got sick and tired of dealing with this. This is the number one issue my customer's run into when trying to run scripts on the device as well. So I finally decided to figure it out and I think I did.
1 If you are wanting to get ADB Drivers installed, first determine if you have 32-bit or 64-bit windows. That guide is short and can be found here: 2. I use and provide PDAnet because it has worked the best across just about every Windows Platform.

If you having problems getting this stuff to work because Windows is stupid in how it handles USB devices. Then I have finally found a way to fix this horridly aggravating problem. That guide and the program you need are found here: Props go to the folks on this thread at XDA developers for turning me on to the final program that fixed my issues! I hope this saves a lot of people some headache in getting their A10 based device connected via ADB. Happy (Chinese) New Year!
- If anyone has anything to add, feel free. I think if folks follow the instructions in the link above it should fix 99.99% of ADB USB problems.
