I had major issues crop up with my USB connection to my Android Tablet and to an External harddrive last night. I got sick and tired of dealing with this. This is the number one issue my customer's run into when trying to run scripts on the device as well. So I finally decided to figure it out and I think I did.

If you having problems getting this stuff to work because Windows is stupid in how it handles USB devices. Then I have finally found a way to fix this horridly aggravating problem.
